Shipping policy

Order Processing:
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via our trusted shipping partners.
- Orders received after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the following day.
- Please note that orders received on Sundays and Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframe:
- Our standard delivery time is between 2 to 3 working days.
- During sale periods, delivery may take 4 to 6 working days. Please note that there is no delivery service on Sundays.
Updates to Shipping Policy: Issue 1: Dispatched the Wrong Product
- In the rare event of receiving the wrong product, please notify us within 2 hours of receipt via email or WhatsApp to initiate a Return Authorization.
- Upon return, the product must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.
- Once received, we'll dispatch the correct product to you at no additional cost.
Issue 2: Incorrectly Ordered Product
- If you've mistakenly ordered the wrong item, we offer store credit or exchange.
- The returned product must meet specific criteria: unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returning the product.
Exclusions:
- Products purchased through discount coupons, campaigns, or at reduced prices are not eligible for return.
- We do not accept returns for incorrect product selection, changed minds, or unmet expectations.
